No, only the original creator of the case pays the licensing fee. Receiving cases from another attorney is always free.
PartUs does not charge any additional fee when an attorney shares a case with a client. The case has already been paid for by the attorney when it was created. However, an attorney may choose to pass the cost of the PartUs case fee onto the client as part of their bill. That is between the attorney and their client.
Also note that PartUs may create an “App” in the future for phone usage. This app may have a nominal fee if the client wishes to download it from Apple’s store and\or the Google Play store.
PartUs offers a three month free trial, with up to three cases. If you want to create more than three cases in your first three months, you must pay for the cases beyond three. The three free cases are fully functional and continue to be valid after the three month free trial period.
Case licenses purchased through PartUs are non-refundable.
